Concierge & Management
Meet our expert team at Joya Villas, led by the dynamic duo, Andrea Sequeira and Jose Pablo Saenz. Originally from Costa Rica, both Andrea and Jose moved to Santa Teresa in 2012 to pursue their careers in luxury hospitality.
Andrea leads our concierge team, making sure your stay is seamless by handling travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, coordinating with chefs, and organizing activities. Her expert knowledge of the area ensures that you won't miss a beat during your stay with us.
Jose Pablo is our Property Manager extraordinaire, dedicated to ensuring that every guest has the best experience possible while promoting eco-friendly practices to maintain our property's beauty year-round. Jose brings his experience as the former General Manager of Latitude 10 Resort and co-owner of Café Social, a popular café in town. When he's not working, Jose Pablo enjoys surfing, fishing, and playing music with his band. You can often catch them performing at Kika on Thursday nights.
